Please follow the given below steps:-

1. Simply go to the Products=> Collections section.

2. Now click on Create collection

3. Select the automated in option(Collection type).

4. Now select All conditions in the option(Conditions).

5. And select the option(product tag) and select the option(is equal to).

6. Then select the collection(which you want to make a product tag).
