Note: If you have not enabled the app from the theme customizer, you need to enable the app from the customizer otherwise the app will not work in your store

• Simply go to the App.

• Click on the Publish App button from the side menu.
  

• Now click on Enable the app in the customizer and enable the app and Save.

• Save the Rule setting in the app.

• Now the app will work as expected in your store.
