To begin, access the SMS templates within the app, where you will find a selection of default templates. If you wish to modify the template's text or title, there is an option to edit the template.

You have to just follow some steps to modify the templates. 

• Start by selecting the “Template” option.

• Next, navigate to the “SMS Template”.

• Then, click on the edit icon located in front of the templates.

• Lastly, make the necessary updates to the template.
