Offering an exclusive discount to your mobile app users is a great way to boost engagement and reward loyalty. Setting up product discounts for your mobile app is simple. Follow the steps below to create and apply a discount in your Shopify store.
Step 1: Create a Discount in Your Shopify Store
Open your Shopify store admin panel.
Click on the Discounts menu from the sidebar.
Click on the "Create Discount" button to set up a new discount.
Select the discount type you want to offer.
Add the discount details and click on "Save".
The newly created discount will now appear in your Shopify Discounts list.

Step 2: Apply the Discount to Your Mobile App Users
Open the "Mobix ‑ Mobile App Builder" sales channel from the Shopify store's admin panel.
Go to Settings Menu >> General Settings >> App Discount Code.
Enable "Activate Discount Code for App Users?" to allow discounts for app users.
Enter the Discount Code into the "Discount Code input field" you created in Shopify.
Click "Save" at the top of the page to apply the settings.
Your exclusive mobile app discount is now ready for your users! ?
