BlockX Country Blocker allows you to block visitors based on the operating system they are using. This can help you restrict access from specific devices or operating systems according to your store’s requirements.


Step 1: Open Block by OS

  • Go to Block Settings.
  • Locate the Block by OS section.
  • Click Block by OS.




Step 2: Select Operating Systems to Block

On the Block by OS page, you will see the available operating systems:

  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Android
  • iOS (iPhone / iPad)
  • Linux
  • Other / Unknown systems

Select the checkbox next to each operating system you want to block.




Step 3: Visitors Are Blocked

  • Once an operating system is selected, visitors using that system will be blocked or redirected according to your configured block-page settings.
  • For example, if you select Windows and Android, visitors accessing your store from Windows or Android devices will be blocked.



Tips: 

  • You can select multiple operating systems if you want to restrict access from several types of devices.
